9 Line is a marketplace only. We are not responsible for the deliverability, shipping, pickup, loading, timing, or physical handoff of equipment after a listing is sold. Delivery and logistics are between the buyer and the seller unless we explicitly offer a separate program and say so in writing.

Marketplace only

9 Line provides software and services that help buyers discover listings and communicate with sellers, and that may help initiate or record payments according to the features we offer. We are not the seller, buyer, carrier, freight broker, equipment inspector, warranty provider, insurer, or title agent unless we say otherwise in a specific written agreement for a particular transaction.

Any agreement to purchase equipment is between the buyer and the seller. You are responsible for performing your own due diligence, including inspections, title or lien checks, and compliance with laws that apply to you.

After the sale

Once a listing is sold or a winning bid is finalized under the rules shown in the product, arranging how and when the equipment actually leaves the seller's location—shipping, flatbed, loading, permits, escorts, storage, risk of loss, and delivery timing—is the responsibility of the parties to the sale.

9 Line does not guarantee that equipment will ship, be picked up on time, or arrive by any date. We do not guarantee that sellers will release equipment or that buyers will appear to collect it. Disputes over possession, condition at handoff, or failed delivery are primarily between buyer and seller; we may offer limited support or tools where our Terms apply, but we are not the primary party responsible for completing physical delivery.

Listings and equipment

Listings are provided by sellers. We do not verify every claim, photograph, hour meter reading, maintenance record, or specification. Equipment may be misdescribed, worn, damaged, or unsuitable for your purpose even when a listing appears accurate online.

You assume all risk arising from relying on listing content. If you are not prepared to inspect the asset or accept uncertainty, do not bid or buy.

Transactions and third parties

Payments, identity verification, messaging delivery, maps, analytics, and other features may involve third-party services. Their failures, delays, or errors are outside our control except as stated in our agreements with you.

We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of other users, including fraud, non-performance, or unsafe conduct. Report concerns to support@nineline.com and, when appropriate, to law enforcement.

No professional advice

Nothing on the Service is financial, legal, tax, insurance, safety, or environmental advice. Consult qualified professionals before you buy, sell, transport, or operate equipment.

Site content

We strive to keep the Service available and accurate, but we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Pricing, fees, or features described in help pages may change; the product and posted terms control at the time you use them.

Limitation of remedies

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 9 Line and its affiliates disclaim liability for losses arising from use of the Service, from equipment bought or sold through the platform, or from failed or delayed delivery or pickup, except as required by applicable law or as expressly set out in our Terms of Service.
