9 Line is a marketplace for heavy equipment and industrial assets—trucks, rigs, machinery, and related listings. Sellers publish detailed listings; buyers browse, message sellers, and purchase through fixed-price checkout or auctions, depending on how the listing is set up.
You will need an account to message sellers, place bids, save a watchlist, or complete a purchase. Browsing categories and many listing pages is available without signing in.
Our How it works page walks through the full flow. For listing costs and transaction fees, see Pricing.
Use the messaging tools on the listing to ask questions—extra photos, specs, maintenance history, or inspection options. We encourage due diligence before you commit; if a seller is unresponsive, factor that into your decision.
Fixed price listings sell at the listed price when checkout completes, subject to availability and platform rules. Auction listings close at a scheduled time; the highest qualifying bidder wins, subject to reserve and our terms.
Bids are serious commitments—only bid what you are prepared to pay if you win.
Many flows require a valid payment method (for example, to place bids or complete checkout). Add or manage cards in your account billing settings when the app prompts you.
Unless the platform handles a specific step in checkout, pickup and shipping are typically coordinated between buyer and seller after a sale. Confirm pickup windows, loading, and costs in writing when possible.
Create an account, then use List equipment from your dashboard (you may need to complete seller verification or profile steps first). Add category, description, photos, location, and pricing or auction terms.
Tips and expectations are summarized in the Seller guide.
Listing fees and transaction fees depend on equipment type and sale price. See the current tables on Pricing. Fees are described in more detail in our Terms of Service.
Yes. You are responsible for representing your equipment honestly. Misrepresentation can lead to removal of listings or action on your account. Buyers should still perform their own inspection and verification.
Verified seller badges and related flows help buyers trust who they are dealing with. Requirements and status appear in your account settings when the program applies to you.
Generally, bids are binding through the end of the auction. If you clicked in error, contact support right away with the listing link—we cannot guarantee a bid can be removed, but we will review edge cases when the platform allows it.
The high bidder at close wins if the reserve (if any) is met and the outcome follows our rules. Buyers and sellers then complete payment and coordinate pickup or delivery as described in the listing and checkout flow.
A reserve is a minimum price the seller may set. If bidding does not reach that level, the item may not sell. Exact behavior is governed by the listing setup and our terms.
Document the issue (photos, messages) and contact the other party promptly. Many disputes are resolved between buyer and seller. For platform-related problems (billing, account access, abuse), email us with links and screenshots.
